POLICIES

***Booking Online Means You agree to these Terms and Policies***

*Note that if you have booked an appointment it is assumed you have read the website in it's entirety

 

*Be sure to book the right service, if you did not read the website please do not book an appointment.

*To cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advanced, OR simply join my website to manage your appointments.

 

*Please be respectful of my time and other clients time. Understand I am on scheduled time

if you are running 10 minutes or more behind with no communication your appointment will automatically be cancelled.

 

*Please come with realistic expectations I am not a magician. I can only work with what you hair allows me to do. I cannot pretend to do a service I know nothing about. Your satisfaction is my priority.

 

*If you do not have the time please do not schedule the appointment, I will not rush on services. (note that curly hair takes time especially combo services)

 

*Please thoroughly comb thru your hair before your appointment if you have alot of hair. Please section your hair into four sections or two (conditioner is o.k. to leave in, you will be shampooed.) A de-tangling fee of $40 will be applied if it takes longer than 15 minutes. And the service may not be fully completed that day.

 

*Cash or a check is always easier (made out to ROLYAT Made Curls) **gratuity in cash is preferred**

 

*No calls or no show will be required to pay 100% of the tab before booking again* failure to do so you will not be allowed into my salon and your contact will be blocked on my site permanently.

 

*Same day cancellations will be required to pay 50% of your service for the day

 

*No extra company please space is limited to one guest per client. Please no kids under the age of 5.

 

* If your child is under the age of 14 please have the responsible parent or guardian available for the duration of the appointment.

 

* If your child cannot sit during the duration of the service it may not be completed i.e. excessive crying, screaming, or won’t sit still. I will not force any child to get their hair done!

 

*I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

*If you have damaged hair due to over processing or heat damage please note that I cannot make your hair curly.

 

*No Refunds on services or product

 

*If you are allergic to anything please notify before your appointment. I am not responsible for any misinformation on product please do your own research. 

 

*If you are not comfortable with what is discussed or decided in the consultation, please know that you DO NOT have to get your hair done that day. Please note that you will be charged 50% of your service that day. (please read descriptions under the services tab to find which appointment suits you best)

*Cuts or Color can always be fixed if you are not satisfied the day of contact me within 24-48 hours. (fixed no charge) anything after the 48 hour mark is considered a new service at regular price.

 

*Prices may vary if you did not book the right amount of time for your hair or services may not be fully completed.
